FXU VIBE has been operating for 12 years, helping people with their fitness and mobility goals using Power Plate machines. Having been NZs largest Vibration Studio and a NZ Fitness Award Winner, in 2022 I decided to downsize, creating a unique, boutique home-based studio operating in Upper Hutt.

Products and services I offer

FXU VIBE offers TWO branches -

Fun, Fast Fitness - exercising with one other person
Functional Fitness 1-1 Personal Training for pain and mobility issues.

15 minutes is equivalent to one hour, some fitter clients exercise for 1/2 an hour.

Why I'm in the NZ Businesswomen

I started with NZBW back in 2013 until 2017 it was a great way to grow my business. I then rejoined in January 2024. It's a fabulous way to meet a group of like-minded ladies who support and encourage you when you're working alone in your business.
