My business has changed name as it has evolved over the years, but I have always had at its centre, uplifting and empowering the people I support through skills and mindset development.
I work with businesses and individuals, specialising in helping busy working Mums/career-women find the clarity and confidence you need for wellbeing and success, so you can put your best foot forward more often. I deliver training and coaching solutions & keynotes with a focus on empowerment and doing what you 'can-do' to help you and/or your people thrive. With a background in HR and consultancy and certified in adult training and as an internationally recognised NLP Trainer, and coach, my passion is helping you to change your thinking to transform your experience and create more possibilities and choices.
Products and services I offer
I am NZ's first and only IANLP certified NLP Practitioner trainer, delivering NLP Practitioner program in 6 x 2-4 day modules over 6 months, to make this 18 day training program more effective, powerful and accessible.I offer Keys to Success - a 2 day internationally recognised Intro to NLP program and specilaise in tailored development solutions, integrating HR policy development if/as needed.
Epic Me is our online e-training program supported with 10 coaching sessions with me to help you work through the tools, techniques and ideas as you apply them to your own life to gain the balance, confidence and clarity you've been wanting, that becomes possible when you resolve past trauma, reprogram limiting beliefs and negative emotions and gain clarity in your identity, purpose and goals.
We are also well known for our excellent, short and punchy (75 minutes a week) tried and tested, applied first line management & leadership modules 'Pro Activate' which can also be run in a coaching format with 1-3 staff. This pick and choose format gives you the chance to get the training you need in a focused and tailored way, saving you time, money and frustration, while supporting your leader/s to develop excellence.

I have never experienced training like this before! It's hard to create a comparison. The depth of knowledge, professional discussion, curiosity, playfulness and an openness of the mind that was facilitated, encouraged and acknowledged really allowed me to evolve, to personally challenge myself and open up to learning and growth in a way that I do not often do in a group learning environment! This meant that I was able to learn at a greater level coming from a position of my authentic self, with full freedom to explore.
