Bill James
Training and Development Director
In tight times we not only need to win our own clients, we need to win far more of our opposition’s clients also. But how? William James has been in sales for over 35 years, has seen many “recessions” and has led his teams to achieve outstanding results. He is a street smart campaigner that knows how to gain sales no matter what the economy is doing. In March 5 businesses he is working with have increased new prospects or sales by over 20% – and he is here to show us how to do the same. The great news is that to do this you do not have to become some salivating sales dog with commission breath. Quite the opposite. To succeed you need to be yourself, do business at both the head and the heart level and try a couple of new ideas. William has been the PSANZ Speaker of the Year and Educator of the Year and has helped over 1000 companies in the last 6 years alone. He describes himself as an “unlikely sales professional” and yet holds several NZ records for his sales results. He specialises in working with “people that don’t really like selling but have to anyway” and his ideas are so easy to implement that you can put them into action the next day. Take notes and take action – if you do, you will increase your sales.
